- Cancellation prior to one week of travel = full refund (Minus Merchant fee. 1.45% + 30cents for any domestic card and 2.9% + 30cents for any domestic card)
- Within one week and 48 hours of departure - 50% refund. (Minus Merchant fee 1.45% + 30cents for any domestic card and 2.9% + 30cents for any domestic card)
- Within 48hrs of departure - no refund.
- Cancellation by Precision Helicopters Ltd due to bad weather, minimum passengers not met or serious illness will not incur a cancellation fee. Full Refund will be made.
